De otros planetas – From Other Planets is a collaboration track
between Melis in Italy and Ivette aka EV from the band Corrientes in NY, USA.
Melis sent the instrumental track as as a wav. file to EV and then she added her vocals over it.
Thinking about the title and the music, EV was wondering what the theme for the lyrics might be.
After speaking to her good friend “Mack Sanders” who is a wonderful musician and also hosts
a show on Mixposure.com he suggested …
“Well, you know how they say that men are from Mars and women are from Venus”.
So… instead of singing about things we associate with outer space,
EV brought it down to Earth S
Men and women…
Are men and woman really so different?
This is an electronic based track with the lyrics sung in Spanish.

Palace Network is releasing their first compilation album called “Songs Of The Ethernet. We are thrilled with the great news that the Corrientes track “Thinking Back” will be included on this compilation.
We are also really happy that the album art has been designed by Tom aka echo008. Tom does all Corrientes art design, photography, website, flyers… Etc.

A few different sites are being created to help promote this new release.
